What is JDELITE?
JDELITE is a private, invitation-led concierge headquartered in Bengaluru. We coordinate lifestyle, movement and personal-protection services for individuals, families, executives and private offices across India.
Is JDELITE invitation only?
Access is by invitation or private enquiry. If you have an invitation code, enter it on the enquiry form. If you do not, you can still request an invitation and every enquiry is reviewed individually.
Is submitting a request the same as a booking?
No. A request is logged and reviewed privately. Availability, terms and pricing are confirmed individually, and nothing is treated as booked until you approve it.
Are you available at night and on weekends?
Yes. JDELITE is available 24/7 on WhatsApp and email.
Which cities do you cover?
We are headquartered in Bengaluru and coordinate services across India, including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai and Goa. International requests are handled by arrangement.
Do you own cars, aircraft or employ protection officers directly?
JDELITE coordinates services through vetted and licensed partners. We are accountable for the coordination; the partner is responsible for delivering the service they provide.
How is pricing decided?
Every requirement is different, so there is no public price list. Pricing is shared privately once the details and availability are confirmed. We do not take payments on this website.
Will my information be kept private?
Yes. We collect only what is needed to handle your request and share it with a partner only when you have agreed. An NDA is available on request.
Can I use JDELITE as an app?
Yes. You can install the website on your phone or computer like an app. Look for the Install option in the footer, or on iPhone use Share and then Add to Home Screen.
