About our service

JDELITE is a private concierge that coordinates services provided by independent, vetted and licensed partners, including transport and charter operators, venues, hospitality providers, specialists and protection personnel. Unless stated otherwise in writing, JDELITE does not itself own vehicles or aircraft or directly provide those services.

Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting an enquiry, receiving a reference number or receiving options does not create a booking. A service is confirmed only when availability and terms are verified with the partner and you approve them in writing (including by WhatsApp or email).

Pricing and payment

There is no public price list. Pricing is shared privately for each requirement. This website does not take payments. Payment terms are agreed directly with you before a service is confirmed.

Changes and cancellations

Partners set their own change and cancellation conditions, which we share with you before you approve a service. Where a partner charges for a change or cancellation, that charge may be passed on to you. We will always tell you before you commit.

Partner responsibility

Each partner is responsible for the service it delivers, including licensing, insurance and compliance with applicable law. JDELITE is responsible for coordinating with care and for communicating accurately.

Lawful use

We arrange services only for lawful purposes and may decline any request at our discretion. Personnel and services are subject to lawful availability and applicable licensing.

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and share it only as described in our Privacy Policy. An NDA is available on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
