What a request is, and what it is not
When you submit an enquiry you receive a reference number by email straight away. That reference confirms we have your request. It is not a booking.
A member of the team then contacts you on your preferred channel, usually WhatsApp, to understand the details. Options are verified with partners, terms are shared privately and nothing is arranged until you approve it. Pricing is agreed directly with you; this website does not take payments.
