What you can ask for
Almost anything lawful that takes time, contacts or local knowledge: travel and transport, reservations, events, gifts, household help, appointments, sourcing hard-to-find items or simply finding the right person for a job.
If you are unsure whether something is possible, ask. A good concierge will tell you honestly what can and cannot be done.
Describe the outcome
The most useful brief describes the result you want, not the steps. "My parents arrive on Friday and need to be comfortable for a week" lets the concierge think about the whole visit, not just the airport pickup.
Mention anything that must not happen as well as what should: people not to contact, places to avoid, details to keep private.
Nothing should be booked without you
A professional concierge checks availability with providers first and then asks for your approval. You should always know who is providing the service and on what terms before it is confirmed.
Privacy and NDAs
You should be asked only for the information needed to handle your request, and it should be shared with a provider only with your agreement. If you need it in writing, ask for a non-disclosure agreement.
JDELITE offers an NDA on request and never publishes client names or details.
Building an ongoing relationship
Over time a concierge learns your preferences: the car you like, the seat you prefer, the gifts that worked. That knowledge is what turns individual requests into a service that anticipates what you need.
